For any problem regarding your room’s infrastructure (electricity, water, air conditioning, TV,
WiFi etc) please contact the Reception.
Dry cleaning-washing-ironing service. Laundry bags and list can be found in every room. Please fill in the laundry list, place your
clothes in the bag provided and hand it to your chambermaid. Clothes given until 09:00, can
be delivered same day until 16:00. Clothes given after 09:00 can be delivered next day. Same day service: +50% surcharge. In this case, please contact Reception desk as soon as possible by dialing 0. We regret there is not service on Sundays and public holidays. For lost or found property, please contact the Reception Desk.

In case of lift failure, please do not panic. Press the alarm button. For safety reasons, we
recommend that children under 12 years old are always accompanied by adults when using the lifts. In case of fire, please do not use the lifts
We suggest you lock the door when you are in your room. If your card room is lost or
stolen, report it to the Reception Desk immediately. When leaving your room, make sure door and windows are closed.
Do not keep loose valuables in your room. We suggest that you use the safe deposit that is available in your room. The hotel accepts no responsibility for any items of value left in the bedrooms.
