At No 15 Ermou Hotel, we understand that your travel plans may change. Below you will find the terms that apply to cancellations and booking modifications.
Flexible Rate
- Free cancellation or change of reservation up to 7 days prior to the arrival date.
- In case of cancellation less than 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show, 100% of the total stay will be charged.
Non-Refundable Rate
- Reservations with a non-refundable rate cannot be cancelled or modified.
- In case of cancellation or no-show, the full amount of the booking will be charged.
Booking Modifications
- Any change of dates or room type is subject to availability and may result in a price adjustment.
Special Cases
- For group bookings or special offers, different cancellation policies may apply, which will be stated at the time of booking.
